Just got home

Had PT today. Just got home. Long day at the office, so to say. I need a good post-workout meal but don't have any food I can cook. Thinking about having some tuna with oatmeal and yogurt. Of course, I need to make my protein drink. Keep working hard everyone.

My Birthday!

So today's my birthday! Went to dinner with my parents earlier. Now it's early in the morning and I'm stuck doing homework. Have a long day tomorrow, basically going nonstop until 7pm running on very little sleep each night the past month. Times like these remind me of this picture. You always need to keep on pushing no matter what and never surrender.

PT in the morning

Got a lot of work to do tonight. Won't be able to get the required amount of sleep that I need tonight I guess. I have PT tomorrow morning. Here's some articles about the importance of sleep.
