Had PT today. Just got home. Long day at the office, so to say. I need a good post-workout meal but don't have any food I can cook. Thinking about having some tuna with oatmeal and yogurt. Of course, I need to make my protein drink. Keep working hard everyone.

Got a lot of work to do tonight. Won't be able to get the required amount of sleep that I need tonight I guess. I have PT tomorrow morning. Here's some articles about the importance of sleep.
